FPOC support workers provide support for clients with conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, cancer, arthritis, pulmonary disease and more.

Dietitian – develop a healthy mindset towards nutrition, tailored individual meal planning, dietary analysis, advice on grocery shopping and cooking lessons. Overcome food allergies, high cholesterol, diabetes, cancer or gastrointestinal diseases through nutritional plans.
