Who we are
First Point of Care (FPOC) is a NDIS registered provider. Our services support individuals with disabilities of all ages and needs. FPOC aims to facilitate a greater quality of life for their clients through tailored, customised and collaborative care plans and case management.
What we do
Services include assistive products for personal care, life stages transition support, nursing home care, physical therapy, therapeutic supports, development and support of daily living, transportation, community engagement, social activities, interpretation and translation.
How we can help
Our goal is to remove barriers which restrict a comfortable standard of living and incorporate therapeutic resources, carer support and care management plans to facilitate a healthy and enriched lifestyle.
